<p>Leading Australian telemarketing company iTEL Marketing has employed their most effective telemarketing strategies and techniques to successfully expand into the South Korean market.</p>
<p>Sydney, Australia January 18<sup>th</sup> 2012 &#8211; iTEL Marketing, a lead generation company serving Asia-Pacific, has officially launched their telemarketing services for South Korea.</p>
<p>As telemarketing relies solely upon oral transition of information, accommodating the time and language variances has proved difficult for many telemarketing companies. This is where iTEL Marketing makes the difference.</p>
<p>Based out of their Sydney office, a number of bilingual telemarketers were hired to assist in the expansion of their company overseas. The Korean telemarketers are given the same exemplary training as the other telemarketers to achieve excellent results for our clients wishing to tap into the Korean market.</p>
<p>“We had couple of Marketing Managers who found it challenging to break into the Korean market due to language and cultural differences. In order to assist marketing managers to promote their services to South Korea iTEL Marketing started a Korean division internally. This gave our clients the flexibility of managing the campaigns from Australia without worrying too much about the time difference or language barrier.”-Molita Coelho-Lewis, General Manager- iTEL Marketing.</p>

<p>Sydney, Australia (FPR) July 7, 2011 – iTEL Marketing, a lead generation company serving Asia-Pacific, has launched the world’s first Gen Y telemarketing training to the public online.</p>
<p><a title="Module 1 – B2B Etiquette" href="http://itelmarketing.com.au/cold-calling-training-tips-interactive-module-1-b2b-ettiquete/" target="_blank"><img class="size-medium wp-image-2606 alignleft" title="cold-calling-training-interactive" src="http://itelmarketing.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/cold-calling-training-interactive-300x167.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="167" /></a>Their training is built on nearly a decade of skills and knowledge and uses interactive video to aid learning. The first telemarketing training video has already been released on YouTube. An additional 10 modules are rolling out during 2011.</p>
<p>“Our telemarketers are mostly Gen Y and didn’t engage well with our traditional classroom lessons”, explains Molita Coelho-Lewis, General Manager for iTEL Marketing. “Video training greatly improved our telemarketer’s ability to develop high quality leads for our clients” said Coelho-Lewis, “Our animation makes heavy use of social media and we are very happy to share our knowledge with smaller organisations to help them grow their business.”</p>
<p>iTEL Marketing also hopes that the training will help to improve the quality and professionalism of B2B telemarketing in Asia-Pacific. The primary focus of the first training module is purposely the hardest subject matter for businesses of all sizes, cold-calling.</p>

<h2>1. The Power Of In Mails:</h2>
<p>Look at your inbox today and tell me: how many emails did you get today? If you replied below 30 you’re doing well, if you replied 30-100 you’re struggling and if you replied over 100 perhaps you need a better spam filter or need to remind your co-workers to stop cc’ing you on everything that they send.<br />
Be honest: how many emails did you read and how many did you just delete without even opening? The reality is that we are 7 TIMES more likely to read emails if you they come from a LinkedIn In mail. So if you’re trying to make a new connection or have an important thing to say, use the power of LinkedIn to get your message across.</p>
<h2>2. Use Your Status Updates:</h2>
<p>LinkedIn status updates are great to use as an announcement platform for new your connections and to get new promotions, products and services out there. It’s also a great way to tell your connections about new business you have won or projects that you are working on to build your credibility or to stimulate interest.</p>
<h2>3. Get Recommendations:</h2>
<p>People prefer to work with people that others have had a great experience with, especially in the professional services industry. In most ways it takes away a lot of the risk and helps the decision making process for selection. The best way to get recommended is to recommend others. Give and you shall receive as the great masters have stated.</p>
<h2>4. Get Connected</h2>
<p>Make sure that you invest in time with connecting to people in the right groups. The easiest way to do this is by enforcing a strict regiment: make sure you add everyone that you speak to on LinkedIn. After a while you will see that there are often only a few degrees of separation between you and any particular prospect.</p>
