Phyllis has over 20 years experience in marketing having worked in leading Advertising/Marketing agencies around the world within various industries ranging from FMCG, Banking, Insurance & Finance, Telecommunications, Retail, Pharmaceutical and over the past 5 years specialised in the IT sector.
Phyllis has worked on leading brands such as Coke, Optus, AMP, Macquarie Bank, Commonwealth Bank, Westpac, Lever & Kitchen, Amgen, Amdocs, Software AG to name a few.
She currently works in the IT sector on highly targeted campaigns providing clients with strategy to implementation feeding all important leads into sales pipeline in a structured nurture program for strategic relationship management.
Phyllis’s approach to marketing is to engage with client’s sales and marketing team to plan marketing strategies into a marketing plan that works alongside the client’s business plan.

Kevan Baker (E Marketing and Social Media Services Director)
Kevan Baker has been building brands in the online space since 1996 in both UK and Australia. He initiated one of the first online stores in the UK creating a multi-million pound e-Commerce division for the UK’s largest independent electrical retailer.
Kevan’s focus is specifically within email marketing, search and social media. Having successfully founded three leading direct marketing businesses here in Sydney and London, Social Brands, BrandMail and Atomic Search, these businesses have collectively worked with in excess of 400 clients to improve their direct marketing response success. He has been proud to work with iconic brands such as Nike, AMP, CBA, Coca-Cola, ACP, Unilever, Bridgestone, Telstra, Carlsberg and Mercedes Benz both here and overseas.

Molita or Moli as we like to call her has been with ITEL Marketing since February 2007 and specializes in campaign delivery and CRM strategy consultation. Molita has completed an MBA in Business and Bio-Technology from Macquarie University, and has a proven track record of implementing campaigns on Time and on Budget for ITEL clients. In an agency where the client experience is everything, Molita has the responsibility for delivering expectations day in and day ou,t and always does so with a big smile on her face.
